“福在福山”11月28日发布消息称，潍柴弗迪新能源动力产业园项目正在对设备进行安装，预计2024年12月底项目一期正式建成投产。

时间来到12月3日，在潍柴2025年全球合作伙伴大会上，潍柴面向行业首次发布全系列新能源商用车动力电池，包括重卡动力电池和轻卡动力电池产品。

据了解，潍柴本次发布的重卡动力电池，代表性产品为单包100kWh电池包。该产品具备优异快充能力，电量从20%充至80%仅需29分钟；采用极致CTP技术，能量密度更高，重量更轻；更高的环境适应性，支持-35℃~65℃工作、-20℃充电；该电池通过多包并联，实现电量快速拓展，满足不同运距、不同地域和应用场景的需求。

全系列轻卡动力电池代表性产品则为单包140kWh电池包。具备优异2C快充能力，电量从20%充至80%仅需18分钟；采用预锂化和高效液冷均温技术，系统循环寿命可达到4500次；采用极致CTP技术，单包能量密度≥162Wh/kg，单包重量更轻；同时支持-35℃~65℃工作、-20℃充电。

值得重点关注的是，潍柴全系列商用车动力电池产品采用刀片电池技术，针刺不冒烟、不起火，耦合CTP构建的超级强度和BMS构建的智能管理，实现动力电池的极致安全。

总投资560亿 与比亚迪合作

资料显示，潍柴动力与比亚迪的合作，始于2023年5月12日。彼时，潍柴动力与比亚迪在深圳签署战略合作协议，双方拟在山东合资生产动力电池，建设动力电池研发制造基地。

2023年10月13日，潍柴弗迪电池有限公司（简称“潍柴弗迪”）正式成立，法定代表人冯刚，注册资本10亿元人民币。

2023年11月6日，潍柴（烟台）新能源动力产业园项目开工。该项目总投资560亿元，由山东重工旗下潍柴动力与比亚迪联合投资建设，计划打造贯穿新能源商用车动力电池、电机、电控、电驱总成全产业链的研发制造基地。

项目分为两部分，一是潍柴动力与比亚迪战略合作，建设动力电池研发制造基地，建成后将具备年产50GWh电芯制造能力；二是潍柴动力建设新能源汽车其他核心部件制造基地，建成后将具备年产50GWh电池pack、50万台扁线电机、40万台电控和5万台电驱总成制造能力。

上文“正在对设备进行安装，预计2024年12月底一期正式建成投产”的项目，就是总投资560亿元潍柴（烟台）新能源动力产业园项目的一部分。

股权穿透显示，潍柴弗迪由比亚迪、潍柴动力间接共同持股，其中，比亚迪旗下的弗迪电池为第一大股东，持股比例51%；潍柴新能源为第二大股东，持股比例为49%。

因此，虽然潍柴弗迪的名称，是潍柴在前、弗迪在后，但实际上该公司由比亚迪控股。

弗迪电池新产品推出节奏加快

此前，关于弗迪电池什么时候推出新一代刀片电池，是市场关注的焦点，因为它是磷酸铁锂电池的经典之作，已获市场一致好评。

今年5月，博主 @吴颖碎碎念 发文称，仰望U7将搭载第二代刀片电池，具有超过14C的放电倍率和超过5.5C的充电倍率。

当时有消息称，比亚迪的新一代电池的能量密度将提升至190Wh/kg（第一代仅为140Wh/kg），这意味着搭载该电池的纯电车型续航里程有望突破1000km。“这不仅是对现有技术的巨大突破，更是对未来新能源汽车市场的一次深远影响。”

不过，今年8月比亚迪并没有推出新一代刀片电池。

最近的11月25日，据财联社报道，比亚迪欧洲汽车销售事业部中亚地区总经理曹爽在第二十九届联合国气候变化大会（COP29）期间接受 CGTN 采访时表示，2025年比亚迪计划推出新一代刀片电池。 

更有以下这样的消息传出：“弗迪电池正在研发的乘用车刀片电池，6-8分钟可将电量从10%充至80%，循环寿命长达15000次，即使是每天满充满放1次，寿命可达41年，可提供终身质保。”

以上消息有待验证，真假难辨。不过，在商用车领域，刀片电池有新动态传出： 11月29日，弗迪电池举办了工程机械新品发布会，重磅推出三款皆为全球第一款的全新产品。

第一款为集成版，号称全球第一款CTB工程机械电池。集成版具有320WH/L的超高集成度，能实现更高的挖、装、运场景，6年3.5W小时与整机同寿，系统循环寿命≥7000次，可满足6倍老国标振动要求，-40至65°C正常工作，快速适应高原隧道场景换电。

第二款为超混版，号称全球首款颠覆混动电池产品。适用全温域工况，-40°C工作无忧，支持4C超充，20~80% SOC仅需10分钟。

第三款为快充版，号称全球第一款充电最快的纯电工程机械电池，支持400A电流，最高耐压1500V。

以上三款全系搭载高安全LFP刀片电池，比亚迪汽车同源电芯，同时兼顾高效性能和电池安全。

如今，是潍柴动力发布了采用刀片电池技术的全系列新能源商用车动力电池。

从参数看，目前各类商用车的刀片电池，都已经较比亚迪的第一代刀片电池有了长足的优化。这样的背景下，新一代的刀片电池，更值得期待了！

A total investment of 56 billion yuan and cooperation with BYD

According to the data, the cooperation between Weichai Power and BYD began on May 12, 2023. At that time, Weichai Power and BYD signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen, intending to jointly produce power batteries in Shandong and establish a power battery research and development manufacturing base.

On October 13, 2023, Weichai Fudi Battery Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weichai Fudi") was officially established, with Feng Gang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan.

On November 6, 2023, the Weichai (Yantai) New Energy Power Industrial Park project started construction. The total investment of this project is 56 billion yuan, jointly invested and constructed by Weichai Power, a subsidiary of Shandong Heavy Industry, and BYD. The plan is to create a research and development manufacturing base that runs through the entire industry chain of new energy commercial vehicle power batteries, motors, electronic controls, and electric drives.

The project is divided into two parts. One is the strategic cooperation between Weichai Power and BYD to build a power battery research and development manufacturing base. After completion, it will have the ability to manufacture 50GWh battery cells annually; Secondly, Weichai Power will establish a manufacturing base for other core components of new energy vehicles, which will have an annual production capacity of 50GWh battery packs, 500000 flat wire motors, 400000 electronic controls, and 50000 electric drive assemblies.

The project mentioned earlier, which is currently installing equipment and is expected to be officially completed and put into operation by the end of December 2024, is part of the Weichai (Yantai) New Energy Power Industrial Park project with a total investment of 56 billion yuan.

Equity penetration shows that Weichai Fudi is indirectly jointly owned by BYD and Weichai Power. Among them, Fudi Battery, a subsidiary of BYD, is the largest shareholder with a 51% stake; Weichai New Energy is the second largest shareholder, holding a 49% stake.

Therefore, although the name Weichai Fudi comes first and Fudi comes second, in reality, the company is controlled by BYD.

Furdi Battery's new product launch pace accelerates

Previously, the market was focused on when Freddie Battery would launch its new generation blade battery, as it is a classic of lithium iron phosphate batteries and has received unanimous praise from the market.

In May of this year, blogger @ Wu Ying posted that the U7 will be equipped with a second-generation blade battery, with a discharge rate of over 14C and a charging rate of over 5.5C.

At that time, it was reported that the energy density of BYD's new generation battery would be increased to 190Wh/kg (the first generation was only 140Wh/kg), which means that pure electric vehicles equipped with this battery are expected to have a range of over 1000km. This is not only a huge breakthrough in existing technology, but also a profound impact on the future new energy vehicle market

However, BYD did not launch a new generation blade battery in August this year.

On November 25th, according to Caixin News Agency, Cao Shuang, General Manager of BYD's European Automotive Sales Division in Central Asia, stated in an interview with CGTN during the 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) that BYD plans to launch a new generation of blade batteries by 2025.

There is also news that Freddie Battery is developing a passenger car blade battery that can charge from 10% to 80% in 6-8 minutes, with a cycle life of up to 15000 times. Even if fully charged and discharged once a day, the lifespan can reach 41 years and comes with a lifetime warranty

The above message needs to be verified, and it is difficult to distinguish its authenticity. However, in the field of commercial vehicles, there have been new developments in blade batteries: on November 29th, Freddie Battery held a new engineering machinery product launch event, launching three new products that are all the world's first.

The first one is an integrated version, claiming to be the world's first CTB engineering machinery battery. The integrated version has a super high integration of 320WH/L, which can achieve higher excavation, installation, and operation scenarios. It has a lifespan of 6 years and 3.5W hours, which is the same as the whole machine. The system cycle life is ≥ 7000 times, and it can meet the vibration requirements of 6 times the old national standard.
